If you don’t know, I will tell you. I am an avid reader!
Because of this, people always ask me “Enrico, what books are you reading or do you suggest?”
I usually choose books that are recommended by people I respect. Why? Because I can be sure that the content delivered will provide me with wisdom and guidance. This then makes me excited to share those books with the people in my life.
So here it is: 7 Days Theory‘s Top 10 – Must Read Books to Be Happy and Live Prosperous
The Art of Seduction Book by Robert Greene //
This book is simply amazing. One of my favorites! People might ask, “why do you want to seduce?” I don’t see it like that. I think that seduction means that you care. Seduction takes time and planning, which can only happen when someone cares. Now whether you choose to use these tactics for good or evil is a moral decision that is no different from your current day to day decisions. This book teaches you about yourself first, which then allows you to deeply understand others. I can’t say enough about this book. Def on the top of my list!
The 50th Law by Robert Greene and Curtis Jackson “50 Cent” //
This book is vastly underrated. The concepts here can change anyone’s life for the better. You feel instantly more powerful and less fearful while you are reading it. Another great book written by Robert Greene others include: The 48 Laws of power, The 33 Strategies to War,
The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz //
This powerful book was given to me by a friend and since then, I have never been the same. It gave me real perspective on what is important. I won’t spill the 4 points here but if you are real curious, I’m sure you can find out more about this book via google.
Abundance: The Future Is Better Than You Think //
I grew up watching The Jetsons as a kid, I can’t lie, I’m a little disappointed that we don’t have flying cars yet. This book sheds some light on the cool stuff that is coming in the near future. SUPER EYE OPENING STUFF!! I was reading this getting excited about what the future brings, not only for America, but for the whole world.
Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki //
I’m sure you’ve heard of this book. Oprah was clamoring about it and Robert Kawasaki has gone on to sell a shit-ton of other books, games, and everything else a famous writer does to make a ton of cash. I can’t hate on him. His book is a great introduction into business and finance. His rich dad did the whole world a favor by schooling his “son”. It shows you how it takes an exceptional human being to help not only your own kid but someone who is not your biological kid, as well. This guy deserves a ton of credit! Read this book! It’s great. Give it to your kids when they are in high school.
Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell //
Every smart person I know loves Malcolm Gladwell – must be nice to be considered a modern day genius! This book shows you how exceptional things happen, and how they don’t happen just by chance or luck. This is a great book for parents, or anyone who wants to understand how some of amazing people like Bill Gates, The Beatles, & Steve Jobs become legends. Great read! You won’t be disappointed.
Unlimited Power by Anthony Robbins //
This book transformed my life in a time I really needed it. I mean, it’s hard to really describe this book. I felt like it was a personal coach-in-a-book. If you’re not prepared to take massive action and really make your life what you want it to be… don’t read this book. Tony won’t stand for it.
Return to Love by Marianne Williamson //
I was recently put onto Mariam in the last couple of years and I’m so glad I was. Her writing is so good, pretty much breathtaking. You seriously read almost every line of her book and say, “WOW, she’s so right.” This book is about love and how love transforms everything. Everyone needs a little bit more love in their lives.
Decoded by Shawn Carter “Jay Z” //
This book was surprisingly good. I must admit I am a fan of Jay’s work, but the content of the book could have still been wack. What I liked about the book is that he explained some of the backgrounds and meanings of his songs. He talks about where he grew up, what it was like. I think a lot of people don’t understand hip-hop and they try to judge it. They only hear the bad words and see the visuals on tv and movies and they think they understand hip-hop. Jay does a great job at defending the true meaning of hip-hop and his embodiment of the art form. Shawn Carter has risen against great odds. His story is truly inspiring, which is why I feel his music continues to be so successful.
RZA writes this as a follow up to the Wu-Tang Manual. This book is dope. RZA covers many sectors of life from God, Death, Drugs, Religion, Meditation, Travel. I learned a lot from reading this book. I hope you can get a chance to check it out and pick up some of the jewels, as well.
Well there you have it. My top 10 book collection. Now pick one of these and hit up a chapter or two now and again. You just might learn something. =)
