There are different ways to do this and it doesn’t just have to deal with making vision boards, putting up photos of vacation homes or the body that you want. It requires a clear understanding of the reasons why you want you want, an understanding of your internal drive. Having a large to-do list or huge task can be overwhelming and daunting, leading you to loose some of that motivation.So instead of letting what you have to do control you, control it by chunking. Chunking is where you divide up your tasks or huge project into smaller groups. That way, you can complete things group by group and not feel overwhelmed.

Meetings with clients, potential investors can be a little nerve-wrecking. So keep that confidence and motivation by knowing exactly what it is you have to do. How do you that? Visualize the entire situation. Visualize yourself in that moment – what you’re saying, what they’re saying, what you’re doing, what they’re doing. Therefore, you’ll already be familiar with situation. Professional athletes visualize their plays all the time and if it’s good enough to win them a championship, it’s good enough for us!

Know the reason behind your goal. If you don’t have a reason or reasons, nothing will drive you to accomplish it

Always revert back to the internal reasons why you do what you do. We’re all going to encounter challenges and hardships that make us doubt our dreams, goals, and actions. However, if you have strong internal reasons and values that drive your motivation, you can always look within yourself to find the strength to persevere.

Make things fun. We usually commit to a goal because it brings us joy and satisfaction, as well as it being a positive effect on our lives. So because of that, make what you have to do fun. Don’t treat it as a daunting task.

Don’t oversleep! Too much sleep can actually make you feel sluggish, it doesn’t give you more energy. So if you need an alarm clock to wake you up, do it!

Eat right and stay away from too much alcohol. Too much alcohol can lead to drunkenness, which can lead to a hangover, which means a wasted day. Not eating right can lead to poor health, which will deter you from having the time and energy you need to focus on your goals.
